Alliance Holiday Apartments is an exclusive property and part of a recent steadying conversion which has been carried out to a very high standard by the owner. Alliance Holiday Apartments offer bright and stylish accommodation with a range of modern amenities, ideal for business and leisure travelers alike.

Rental Policy

Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of three nights' rental if the booking is for two weeks or less, or one week's rental if the booking is for more than two weeks. Also note that we do not required our company administrative fee of £210 without the booking confirmation been approved. Upon Booking Confirmation Approved we required our guest to pay our administration fee.

Arrival Times

Check-in is from 10:00 and check-out is by 04:00.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Total payment deposit for booking less than 1 week stay.
We accept the following payment types: Swift Bank Transfer and Telegraphic Money Transfer.
We required a Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of £300 which must be paid while making the minimum required cost of Booking/Reservation deposit
