Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport. The perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries.

With three bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed, with full private bath and cable TV. We offer an additional bed-height, queen size aero bed in separate living area--you'll have plenty of room for everyone. Wireless broadband interenet access, unlimited local, regional and long distance phone. And with a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking equipment and utensils, you'll feel right at home.

During the day you can enjoy the view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, two grills, two umbrellas, and a dining table that opens onto to a very large yard.

Central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors Nicely furnished. At night, enjoy two living spaces that both have working fireplaces. The family room has a huge sectional with a built-in recliner on one end while the other converts into a pull out bed. A 27-inch TV has cable as well as a VCR and DVD player. There's also a stereo with a six-changer CD player in the room. . Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors
