in general rates are about 60 to 110 Euros per night, weekly 1,000 monthly 1,850.
Long-term rent between 1400 to 1800 Euros per month.

The view is 360 degrees, and completely unobstructed.

this terrace, perfectly quiet and safe, allows you to have breakfast, dinner,
or cocktail parties in the open. all buildings around are same level or lower,
so even on the terrace you have perfect privacy!

apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room combined,
and a storage room. apartment is over 70 square meters + 70 square meter private
terrace with a 360 degrees open view of Milano including the Pirelli
and on a clear day the Swiss mountains!

absolutely great location, located in a beautiful residential building very
near piazza lima/Corso Buenos Aires....steps away from the red line,
and just minutes from Stazione Centrale and San Babila.

just steps away from the apartment you can find restaurants, shops, bars,
laundry services, supermarkets and more. Truly an ideal, central location
yet shielded from the noise and the traffic of Milan!

Required is first month rent + one month rent deposit. Long term rental
agreements are flexible just need to be negotiated so that we are all happy!

The penthouse also has a big private storage room and furniture,
along with linens, towels, and anything else you could need.

The bathroom has a tub, it is newly renovated, and has a washer.
Also there is laundry service just next to the apartment.

In addition to the big terrace, there is another small terrace
that can also be used to dry clothes old fashion way! Very convenient!

Finally there is a huge storage room (who knows you might need it!)

The apartment comes inclusive of all utilities, and Wi-Fi internet service.

A refundable deposit is required to ensure the apartment is left clean at departure.
Long term rentals are responsible for electric charges.
