Set on the beautiful white sand overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico on the west, and the lively intracoastal waterway on the east, our building has 51 apartments. We're small enough to be friendly and personal.

Fifty one magnificent vacation units located on an oceanfront property on Indian Rocks Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Rates quoted are on 2 bedroom inter-coastal. We also have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units gulffront and inter-coastal. request rate quote

Indian Rocks is a unique, relaxed gulf coast community with a beautiful beach, a wide variety of fabulous upscale and family restaurants, entertainment, and wonderful shopping.

Our condo is 20 miles west of Tampa in the middle of an island with Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south.


Surrounded by warm, gentle surf and plenty to do... or do nothing but savor the relaxed atmosphere and walk barefoot on the beautiful soft, white sandy beach right outside your door.


Our large heated pool has plenty of sun, shade, lounging chairs, and tables with umbrellas and is a great place for a poolside picnic.


Our spacious, condo is completely equipped with all amenities. Cable TV in all rooms, fully-equipped, full-size kitchen includes coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, all dishes and utensils; everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your family to enjoy after a full, active day on the beach. There is a private balcony with patio furniture, a parking spot for each unit.


The onsite building management highly maintains both the building and individual units. Easy access to all central Florida's world-famous attractions. Walk to minimarket, great restaurants, shops and entertainment. Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing, boogie boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, public golf courses and glorious sunsets. Watch the dolphins traveling the beautiful gulf coastline.

Rental Rules & Contract
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
NO Early Check-in or late check-out.
2. These are NON SMOKING units
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- a damage/reservation deposit of $200 is
required. This must be received within seven (7) days of book ing the reservation. The
deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is
NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure,
provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services
rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in
the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All keys are left in the office and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid upon arrival.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late checkout.
h. Additional guests are reported in original agreement.
5. PAYMENT – You will pay the full amount when you check in. The deposit becomes
your damage deposit. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money
orders, cashiers checks, credit cards, or ca sh.
6. CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject
to a 10% Cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or
that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit.
Cancellation less then thirty (30) days or early departure does not warrant any refund of
rent or deposit.
7. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60)
days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must
be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Cancellations that are made more than
thirty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 20% Cancellation fee.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days
of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation less then sixty
(60) days or early departure does not wa rrant any refund of rent or deposit.
8. OCCUPANCY- Advertised rates include occupancy of two (2) persons in a one-bedroom unit,
four (4) persons in a two-bedroom unit, and six (6) persons in a three-bedroom unit. An additional
charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests who are over the occupancy.
9. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FIVE (5) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum
stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than five nights, the
guest will be charged the five-night rate.
10. LINEN FEES –Linen fees are included in the rental rate.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily
maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. Towels, linens,
or blankets are only taken out of the unit to be washed.
12. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be
subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be
permitted to check-in.
14. LAUNDRY ROOM- there are coined machines washer and dryers in each floor.
15. THERMOSTAT; Air conditioner must not be lower than 68 degrees or it will freeze and not
work properly. When checking out, please put the thermostat at 80 degrees.
16. PARKING – Your unit number will be your parking spot. There is only one parking spot per
unit. If you have visitors, you may ask the office if there is a place to park. If anyone parks in a
non-assigned spot, your vehicle will be towed at renter's expense.
