Oversized master-suite opening on- and overlooking the pool. Master-bath has large shower for two people and jacuzzi tub.

The house is on half an acre lot, in the middle of the forest, close to waterway and a creek. Close to the beach and golf courses. Walking distance to Malls and restaurants.

• Parking for 4 cars

• Sleeps 8-12 people. The 4 main bedrooms sleep comfortably 8 adults. A sleeping sofa in the carolina room accomodates additional 2 people (or children), and the loft upstears is perfect for 2 children.

• Two LCD HDTV and cable

• Internet connection available. Dryer and Washer.

• $1200-2200 per week (depending upon the season). Includes utilities, and use of the pool. $100 cleaning fee. $750 deposit.

Rental Policy

Only small pets (cats and small dogs) are allowed. Security deposit is $500. $100 cleaning fee.
