Property Details

Located on Sugar Beach (one of the longest beaches on Maui) Nani Kai Hale is a six story building that provides pleasant and affordable accommodations.

No busy roads to cross, you are right on the beach. Our soft green lawn with chairs and lounges, fresh water heated pool, and beach front barbecues await you. Read, relax or stroll along 6 miles of soft sand beach.

We are an easy 7 mile drive from the Airport and centrally located for all of your island activities. Each floor is equipped with its own laundry room.

Our 1 bedroom/2 bath condo has both an ocean view and a view of majestic Haleakala. One bathroom comes with a shower and the other with tub/shower combination. Rattan furnishings compliment the unit throughout and air-conditioning in the living room.

Rental Policy

A $300 deposit is required to reserve unit and as a security/damage deposit. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit returned after unit is cleaned and checked. Non-smoking All stays under 7 nights have a one-time surcharge of $95. Rates do not include 11.42% sales tax. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Check In: After 2:00 P.M. you may go directly to your rental property - Follow the map and lock-box instructions that will be sent to you after final payment is received.

Check Out: is 11:00 A.M. This is strictly enforced. To request a Late Check-Out you must call our office prior to arrival. Late Check Outs are subject to additional rental fees.

Property Inspection: Upon check-in to your rental, please inspect the property. Notify our office within 24 hours of any maintenance items that arise during your stay.

Confirmed Guests: Your reservation is made for the number of guests listed. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation or additional charge if you have brought more guests than are allowed.

Extra Cleaning: If required after your departure, extra charges will be deducted from your credit card. All properties are furnished with an initial supply of paper products and soaps. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the balance of the stay.

Property Damage: You are responsible for damages to the rental caused by you or your guests. The cost of damages will be deducted from your deposit.

Keys: Each rental property is provided with 2 sets of keys inside the unit, as well as a lockbox key. Please ensure that you leave all keys where you found them when you depart. Lost keys will be charged to the guest.

Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. Always lock all of the doors and windows when you leave the property (even if you are not on the ground floor). Do not leave your valuables in plain sight - remember this is Paradise not Heaven…lets not make it easy for your valuables to be taken

Non Smoking Properties: All of our rentals are Non Smoking. If there is any evidence of smoking, you will be responsible for additional expenses for the restoration of the property.

No Pets: No Pets are allowed in any of our rentals

Parties: Please remember you are in a residential neighborhood; therefore, please respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Voices carry a long way in the still Hawaiian nights and early morning. If noise becomes a problem, you will be asked to relocate. Large parties, gatherings, weddings are not allowed. If this rule is violated, then the guest will be subject to whatever fines and penalties that may be imposed on the property owner by the County of Maui and your security deposit will be forfeit. Overnight guests are restricted to those names associated with this reservation.

Telephones: Most of the properties have phone blocks, which require guests to use credit cards for long distance calls. Any long distance calls that you make, that appear on an owner's bill, will be charged against your security deposit.

Rental Charges: All reservations require an initial deposit of $300 at the time of booking. Final Payment is due, in full, 60 days prior to arrival. If these deadlines are not met then the reservation is subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival a $200 cancellation fee applies. We do not allow for refunds within 60 days of arrival.
