Rental Policy

No smoking.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Balance due 15 days in advance or cash on arrival. Payment can be direct bank deposit; credit card online payment (Visa, Master, Amenrican Express Card or debit card). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If cancellation less than 35 days prior, payments are not refoundable.

Rate & Fee:
Rate based on 3 people; Max allowed 4; extra fee applied $29/night, per person. Pet permit on request; extra fee applied $12/night, per pet and limited at one only.

$75 dollars cleaning fee as per booking.
