Our newly renovated condo is directly across from one of Maui's safest swim beaches, Kamaole Beach II. It is a ground floor corner unit with great tropical cross breezes. Sleeps from 1 to 4 people. All the ammenities of home for your stay.

Located in Kihei Kai Nani condo complex. Has one of the largest freshwater pools in Kihei. BBQ grill just outside of the condo. This ground floor corner unit has views of the ocean from the lanai, and great tropical cross breezes. Next to 3 fine dining restaurants, a shopping mall with a Denny's, local cuisine restaurants, surf shops, organic food store, all within 3 blocks. Any type of sport activity is available in the nearby areas, e.g. biking, surfing, snorkeling, diving, ocean swimming, golfing, tennis, etc. Wailea is within a mile and a half away with its upscale shops, and some of the worlds best golf courses. Why pay the high price of staying in Wailea when it is just a walk away!

Rental Policies

Minimum stay is 4 nights. Less than 7 night stay a $75 cleaning fee will be added. Prices subject to change.

Arrival Times

Check in at 3:00PM. Check out 11:00AM. Special arrangements can be made for late checkouts.

Rental Rates

$525.00 to $630.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

15 December through 15 April is Maui's high season. Rates are $90.00/night plus Hawaii state taxes of 11.42%. 16 April through 14 December is Maui's low season. Rates are $75.00/night plus Hawaii state taxes. $100.00 deposit to hold your reservation. If cancelled less than 45 days of arrival we'll hold your $100.00 fee and apply it to a future reservation. Rentals less than 7 nights will need to pay a $75.00 cleaning fee. 4 night minimum stay.
