The additional bedroom has a queen size sleeper sofa and twin daybed. The floor plan is reversed, the living room, breakfast room, master, kitchen and dining room are located upstairs to take advantage of the views and breezes. The remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the 1st floor.
The home has been very well maintained and is complete with all new furnishings. There are 2 tvs, dvd player, vcr, fax, and high speed internet. There are 2 balconies (one covered) and a screen porch.
