You will enjoy the incredible view from this top floor unit at Emerald Bay. All the comforts of home, full kitchen, gas grill, gas fireplace, master suite w/a private bath, screened deck and a lake side pool.

Property Details

Three bedrooms & two baths with a master suite featuring a private bath and access to the screened deck. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features a trundle bed that can be two twins or a double bed. There is also an air mattress for extra sleeping. The living room features a t.v. with a dvd player, stereo, gas fireplace, access to the deck and a great view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, tableware, toaster, blender, etc. All towels and linens are also provided.

Rental Policy

The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Violation of this policy will result in charges of $50 per extra guest per night and is strictly enforced. No property will be rented to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation or eviction with no refund given. 50% of the rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is a 2 night minimum after Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day there is a 3 night minimum. Additional fees; a housekeeping fee of $85.00 is added to all reservations, a damage deposit of $500.00 or a damage protection plan fee of $35.00 is required, optional trip cancellation insurance is available at a cost of 6.5% of the total cost of your rental. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. A 50% deposit is required at the time you make your reservation and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We employee a local vacation rental company to handle payments, screening, check-in, check-out, maintenance issues and they can also answer any questions you have about attractions, restaurants, golf, shopping and more! Their office is located just five minutes from our condo, they provide exceptional service and are very friendly.
