Property Description

Our well stocked home is only feet from a dramatic cliff edge and the crashing surf below, with breathtaking views of the mountains and waterfalls. From our property, you may watch wintering whales, dolphins and turtles or stroll to a secluded beach.

Property Details

Our large, ground floor, private home is a corner unit with over 1000 square feet. We redecorated in 2005-6 using a tropical theme.The living room leads out to the lanai, lawn and green belt where you can enjoy a drink or a barbecue.
At one end of our home is a master bedroom with at king bed and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a small library and a chair for reading.
The dining room and bedrooms have overhead fans and large picture windows overlooking the gardens and the mountians beyond. All windows have louvred glass sections to let the trade winds blow through.
Our remodeled kitchen is fully equipped including a full-sized washer and dryer.

Rental Rates

$800.00 to $800.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Three Night Minimum stay. $130/night, $2,500/month. Add HI state tax 11.41% and $85 cleaning fee. Deposit of 30% required to hold reservation. A $75 charge on all cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival date. Deposit forfeited on cancellations with less than 45 dats notice. Cancellations must be made in writing. Mahalo.
