If your idea of a vacation is peace and relaxation, you'll feel perfectly at ease in this charmingly appointed 3/2.5 bath beach cottage just a short stroll from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Islamorada features an inviting front porch with wicker rocking chairs overlooking the secluded pool with large steps just perfect for the children to play on, an enclosed outdoor shower with bench, a large screened in back porch nestled up to Sunset Lake amid water lilies and coastal wetlands filled with wildlife. The back porch offers comfortable sofas for reading and relaxation or cocktails with friends. There is also a table for six on the porch for dining or playing cards while listening to the birds and roar of the surf.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. Comfortable sofas and a large TV/VCR/DVD for family entertainment. A dining table that seats six comfortably and a kitchen that is well equipped and features new appliances. The home has been professionally decorated and well maintained.

The two downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, TV's, VCR/DVD's, and french doors opening onto the front porch overlooking the sparkling pool.

The master suite is upstairs with a king bed, sitting area and large covered balcony with table and chairs for two to sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of the lake and gulf. There are also two large comfortable chaise lounges as well. The master bath features a extra large jacuzzi tub, double vanities and a separate shower. There is also an Tbunk room off of the master to keep the kids close.

Islamorada offers all this in the middle of the Crystal Beach area which is conviently located for fine gulf front restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment.

First Floor: Kitchen, Living Room with Queen sleeper sofa, Dining Room, Half bath, Queen bedroom, Queen bedroom with Full bath

Second Floor: King Master bedroom with full bath, Bunk nook off of master with door for seperation
