Nestled in a luscious sanctuary of tropical foliage with spectacular waterfalls. Condo has breathtaking views of the waterfalls and private roof decks offering spectacular ocean views. Roof top offers lounge chairs, BBQ, private jacuzzi and dining area.

Master Suite features a king bed, flat screen T.V. and private bathroom with walk-in glass shower.
2nd suite features a queen bed, and private bathroom. 3rd bedroom also features a queen bed.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, all the essentials for entertaining or creating that special dinner in.

Rental Policy

50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival forfeit full payment. Any changes made within 45 Days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind. No Pets allowed. Check in time 4.00 PM Check out 11.00 AM
In Case of Natural Disaster such as Hurricanes or an Act of God, out of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for a future reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to these circumstances.
