EASTSIDE VILLA is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (sleeps 4), and is located in a quiet Cul De Sac in Wanneroo.

The newly tiled lounge and dining room lead to the hall and to the 3 bedrooms. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and 1 single in each of bedrooms 2 & 3. The property benefits from a washing machine, fridge freezer, new dishwasher, oven and microwave etc. Having had a complete renovation throughout, it also benefits from a beautiful newly fitted kitchen, 2 new bathrooms and new laundry room.
There is also a large sunroom with BBQ. Throughout the property there are new carpets, tiles, blinds and a split Air conditioning system that cools the whole house from the lounge/diner.
It is within a few minutes’ drive of restaurants, cafés, cinema, shopping centre, and the bus port and railway station. . The house has undercover parking for 1 vehicle. The property is close to one of Perth’s best beaches, Mullaloo beach and Hillary’s Boat Harbour and is only 15/20 mins drive into Perth City. A complimentary hospitality pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread & butter) is always provided for arrival.

Rental Policy

Payment

Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental costs with the balance due on arrival. A credit card signature for a bond of $500 is also required at this time, however, this amount is not debited from your credit card unless there is some damage found on checkout.


Cancellation of Booking.

If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking they should notify ARA immediately and confirm the same in writing. Upon receipt of a cancellation ARA will refund any monies paid except the 25% deposit unless the cancellation is made 7 days before the rental arrival date and then no refund is payable.

In the event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances ARA will notify the hirer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or try to find other acceptable accommodation. ARA/Owners liability is limited to the monies received for the booking.
