Now available from 10/2/09 and beyond (only). 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts (some soft surface and 4 indoors (rated #13 tennis resort in the world), 12 ppols (2 indoor), 2 fitness centers, walking trails, surf fishing, many planned camp-type activities for children, including games, contests, bonfires and marshmallo roasts, bingo, junior lifeguards, etc. Condo has new granite kitchen countertops, undermount sink, high arch faucet with pullout, new bath vanity tops and faucets, shower enclosure, shower door, etc. Has flat panel Hi-def TVs. Internet and WIFI available. Sleeping arrangement: queen in MBR, 2 twins in 2nd and 3rd Brs, and queen sleepsofa in LR.

Rental Policy

Available year round. Two night miimum stay. Only full weeks (Sat. to Sat) during June, July, August. Parking is limited to two vehicles. No oversized vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers. No smoking or pets. A guest fee is collected upon arrival of $10-$35 (depending on the season) per person (age 4 andolder). No additional fees, deposits, taxes. This is a family oriented resort. The gated community and 24-hour security patrol make it undesirable for any one/group with "party hearty" intentions.
