Rental Rates

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rented Weekly. 25% deposit required to make reservation. Balance of total rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival, including $90.00 / week cleaning fee. Deposit is fully refundable with cancellation prior to April 1st. Deposit will be refunded in full AFTER April 1, provided a satisfactory renter is secured for the rental period cancelled.
