This spacious "artist studio" is a two story, fully equipped house. The first floor is 18' x 32' kitchen and studio area, the bath is 6'x 10', the bedrooms are on the second floor 18'x24'. There is one queen one double and one single bed. The studio has towels & sheets; however, they are not changed daily. There are also cooking utensils, etc. and small grocery stores as well as a Laundromat within walking distance.

The deposit required is 25% of your stay. You may pay for the deposit with a bank check or a personal check in U.S. funds only. No reservations will be made without a deposit. Balance, including tax, paid to host on day of arrival in cash, traveler's or bank checks. No Personal checks or credit cards. Refunds (less $40 booking fee) made upon cancellation notice of at least 30 days. Cancellation less that 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit not refundable.
Cost is $950 per wk the minimum stay from May to Sept. is 7 days
$450 per wk end off season the minimum stay is 3 days.
Off-season is March 1st - May 1st and Oct. 1st � Nov.30th
