20 2 story 2 bedroom condos are nestled into a groomed tropical garden pool and tennis courts and from all units ocean views of the azure blue Caribbean Sea with direct access to the white sandy world famous kite and wind - surfing beach of Cabarete.
Property Details
The spacious 2 bedroom 2 floor units are all equipped with a full kitchens, cable TV, phone and internet (some have private wireless network for the individual unit). The units sleep up to 4 adults + a child up to 14. There are either a king, a queen and 2 twin beds or a combination of a king and a queen bed (check before booking). Large open planned living and dining area is shared with the kitchen with private garden terrace and a powder room make up the ground floor. The first floor is home to the 2 bedrooms which look out towards the sea. All 20 units have ocean views from the master bedroom, the garden patio and the roof sun deck. A full bathroom is also located on the first floor. The stunning views from the enormous sun deck on the roof will take your breath away. For comfort a shower has been added to the roof for the very exclusive sun tanning session.
A free form swimming pool with island jacuzzi adds to the pleasures and a tennis court free to use for all guests is also on the property. Plenty of free and secure parking directly at the condos!
Rental Policy
We welcome anyone but our resort is family oriented and single travelers might find our visitor policies stringent.
Maid service is provided every day except Sundays, Xmas day and January 1st, that includes fresh sheets every 2nd day and fresh towels daily. Beach towels can be rented from the reception. Services such as Nanny, Domincan Chef, Grocery Delivery Service upon arrival, airport transfers, tours, car rentals etc. are available on request charges apply.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
We have a minimum stay policy of 14 nights over Xmas and for 5 nights during the rest of the year. However, it never hurts to ask if your time is restricted but you really want to be here.
Rates are subject to 16% sales tax
We request a 25% deposit at booking (sorry no credit cards for deposits). The deposit is forfeited but may be applied to a reservation within one calendar year. Xmass bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
