Property Description

Hello and welcome to The Beautiful Sugar Beach Resort, enjoy miles of white sand beach, swim with turtles and watch whales from large covered lanai. We are 9 miles from air port and we are in central location to everything.

Property Details

We have full kitchen, central air condition, free broadband internet, cable ready for your lap top, washier, dryer, BBQ by the beach. We have every thing you may need, except personal stuff and food. After you are tired from running around and did all the shopping, you could just lie by the pool or by the beach sunbathing, reading and relaxing. And it is only a few steps from the condo.
There are many places to buy food: Costco, Safeway, Food land, Start Market & open markets in South Kihei Rd & in the mall.
At times when you don’t feel like to cook, there are restaurants & fast food every where.
The Sandwich/cocktail lounge in SBR, you’ll see the walls are covered with money. There is a general store next to the SBR office.

You could check out the activity desk at SBR for all the tours in Maui or to other islands. Also check out for the different luaus.
There are so many places to visit, to shop and to enjoy, can’t do it all, come back next year.

Rental Policy

To reserve dates, we ask for a $200/per week deposit to block those dates out for you. The balance is due 60 days prior arrive date. cancellation Policy: Reservation is refundable, less a $200 cancellation fee. We would apply that to a future rental with us. Cancellation if necessary, is required 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is make less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained.

Arrival Times

The check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment: Money order, personal check, send to Shinmei Caldwell P. O. Box 6384 Santa Rosa, CA 95406. For VISA or MC, Email me the billing address and I will call you for the information.
Mid Apr - Mid Dec -- $99/night. Mid Dec - Mid Apr -- $160/night. 10% discount for stay 28 nights and longer. Rates are based on occupancy by 2 people. $10 per/extra person. Age 13 & under stay free. An 11.42% Hawaii tax will be added. Seven nights minimum or $80 cleaning fee apply.
