Villa Las Cumbres is atop the Santiago Peninsula between two sparkling Bays. Outdoor amenties in the Manzanillo area abound with many beaches for sunbathing, surfing, kayaking, jet sking,snorkeling, scuba diving,or dining by the ocean in paradise.
Las Cumbres which literally means 'The Summits' provides and understated ambiance within it's 8,000 s.f. and it enjoys cool temperatures from the thick walls and strong breezes from the mountains and Bays. The Mediterranean/Mexican style Villa overlooks the beach where the movie '10', starring Bo Dereck was filmed. There are four spacious bedrooms with full, tiled baths and gorgeous views and sounds of the mountains and the water. Each room has impeccably, built-in dressers and closets of indigenous hardwood. The large living, dining, and kitchen area open onto a terrace that runs the length of the house with a pool at one end. The views are breathtaking. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your vacation. The artwork in the Villa has been collected from the region and the home is fully furnished. The kitchen has all the amenities for gourmet cooking and includes a dishwasher. There is an outside wet bar, chaise longues, tables and chairs for relaxing under the overhanging palms.
50% deposit secures reservation. Balance of rental and security deposit of $750 due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Total amount forfeited if cancelled and Villa is not rented for same period.
