Property Description

Fully equipped home, 100 steps from the front gate to the sand. Beach towels, all linens, dishes, garden sized wagon to take gear to the beach. Small pets accepts (25 lbs or less) for a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. DVDSs, family games, books.

The Captain's Quarters, located at 2801 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach is an extremely popular three bedroom, two bath home with a private heated pool, poolside fridge, decorative fountain, tropical, award winning landscaping and double garage. This wonderful beach house has great gulf views from its open deck and is less than a five-minute stroll to the beach. Newly redecorated and outfitted with everything you need to make your vacation dream come true, including microwave, whirlpool tub,32" high def flat screen TV, washer, dryer, cable TV and high speed wireless internet with free long distance calling. This home sleeps six with two queen size beds and two twin beds. Book early, and avoid being disappointed! One-week minimum rental.

Rental Policy

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
A 25% upcharge will apply.

KEYS: If you arrive after normal business hours, please pick up your rental keys in the “Welcome” basket by the front door of our office. Keys will be in an envelope with your name on it. Please take care of the keys provided to you — $25.00 lock-out fee applies for any after-hours emergency calls.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M.

Please call the office if you feel you cannot comply with our prescheduled check-in and check-out times. While we will do our utmost to accommodate early arrivals and late check outs, we do need time to clean the rental properties between tenants.

DEPOSITS: A minimum $500.00 deposit paid by Visa or MasterCard is required for all rentals. This initial payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however, the card number will be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Forfeited or retained deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, no-shows or early departure. Each reservation requires a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

Credit cards accepted for deposits ONLY; we do not accept credit cards for rent.

RENTAL PAYMENTS: Final rental payments are due in full, thirty days prior to occupancy, payable by check to Island Vacation Properties. Keys will not be dispersed until final payment is made.

CANCELLATION: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
