Enjoy a 100 year old pioneer rustic cabin complete with plenty of privacy, seclusion, serenity, beauty, comfort, and hospitality. Cabin will sleep 12 comfortably in beds with plenty of floor space for extra sleeping. Convienient to everthing!

This is a 4 bedroom 1 and a half bath that will sleep 12 comfortably in beds with plenty of extra space for more. It has a completely full kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toasters, crockpots, coffee makers, dishes, and all utensils you need. We have a small charcoal grill for your use at no extra charge and a Large Outdoor Grilling Pit for an extra charge if you would like to roast a pig or have an outdoor BBQ. This cabin is heated with an oil monitor, baseboard heat, and a real soap stone wood bruning fireplace for that cozy relaxing feel. There are no TV's, DVD's, VCR's, Computer or Internet access in the cabin for complete and total privacy and an excape from all the "Rat Race" we all face weekly! There is a creek in front of the cabin that gives a peaceful roar of solitude complete with a natural waterfall and bridge. You will be surrounded by nothing but beauty, trees, mountain views, a roaring creek while you visit. The cabin has two porches on on the front with a swing and chairs to enjoy the sounds of the creek and one on the side for grilling and relaxing while cooking out. You will have plenty of yard space for playing horseshoes, having a bon fire, or just plain running around outdoors. We are convieniently located to all shopping, groceries, ski slopes, public golf courses, Blue Ridge Parkway, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Liville Falls & Gorge, Roan Mountain State Park, and much more. For you race fans Bristol Motor Speed way is a short hours drive away. Tri-Cities Airport in Tennessee is also only an hour away from our cabin. Rental Policy

There is a minimum 2 night stay required. Responsilbe paying party must be 21 or older.
All cancelations will be charged $75.00
Payment and Security deposit is required prior to arrival.
All linens, towels and kitchen utensils are included in rental. Grocery discount cards are available in the cabin for your use.

Arrival Times

Check in is when you get here unless previously rented and then it is after 12:00 noon. Late arrivals need to give notice and then we will have the cabin opened and lights on for you. Departure is by 12:00 noon on the day you are leaving. If more time is required please indicated on arrival.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

SECURITY DEPOSIT of $150.00 required for all rentals. (Refundable 14 days after departure)
MINIMUM STAY of Two nights required. (Minimum age of 21 required to rent cabin for the responsibe paying party)
FIREWOOD for weekly & monthyly rentals forewood is included. NIGHTLY rentals will pay an extra $50 for firewood.
BON FIRES & LARGE OUTDOOR GRILLING PIT is availalbe for an extra charge of $100.00.
CLEANING FEE all rentals will be charged $60.00 for a cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS will be charged $75.00 no exceptions.
PET FEE pets are allowed but will be charged an extra $50.00 for all rentals.
