HARBOUR ISLAND RESORT
It’s called Harbour Island: A secluded island nestled along the western limits of Ocean City, Maryland. It overlooks the serene waters of Sinepuxent Bay, less than a mile north of the Ocean City Inlet, which leads to the open sea and Maryland’s legendary fishing waters. Harbour Island occupies the last available island of its kind, attached to—but not really part of—the Ocean City peninsula. So peaceful, so calm and pleasing, it will make you feel like you’re a million miles from anywhere.

Secluded, yes. Isolated, hardly! A pair of sandals and a walk of three blocks will put you squarely in the middle of Ocean City’s glistening beaches. Follow a different path, and you’ll find the superb dining and exciting entertainment which is so much a part of Ocean City living.

Rental Policy

•Weekly rentals only during the summer season; mini-weeks (3 night minimums) available off-season.
•Professionally managed and maintained. Check-in on site in Ocean City. Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 4:00 pm day of arrival; check-out 10:00 am day of departure.
•Six pool passes are provided.
•You will need to provide bed lines and blankets, paper products, and soap. Linen rental services available through management company.
•Non-smoking unit/no pets permitted.

2009 RATES
•Credit cards accepted (Visa/MasterCard)
•Rates do not include 10% Maryland/Ocean City taxes and $150 refundable security deposit.
•Weekly rentals only during the summer season; mini-weeks (3 night minimums) available off-season.
•One-third of the amount is due when booking. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are acceptable when received 30 days in advance of arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full with cashier's check or credit card.
•All cancellations (after 7 days) are charged 5% of the lodging rate. Any cancellation within 45 days of check-in must re-book at the full rate; otherwise, the entire payment is forfeited.
