Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and moonrises, 360 degree views of the Fraser River, Mount Baker, the Coastal Range and Vancouver Island mountain landscapes. If you own a small boat, you will enjoy free moorage with easy access to historic locations along the Fraser River – villages of Ladner, Steveston, and New Westminster – and to local fishing and crabbing sites. Our home is located in the delta of the Fraser River as it flows into beautiful Georgia Strait, and this prime location allows marine access for larger boats to the Gulf Islands, False Creek, Burrard Inlet and many other coastal attractions.
Facilities:
Main floor: a master bedroom with queen size bed and attached bath and steam shower; a TV room which serves as a guest bedroom with sofa bed and attached bath with jacuzzi tub; laundry facilities and an elevator.
Second floor: a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, separate bathroom, and a small south facing outdoor patio. Sleeping accommodation for one or two singles is possible on this level.
Third floor: an open plan with more sleeping space if needed, offices and an outdoor western facing patio with a large propane BBQ.
The rental includes a large screen TV, wood burning fireplace, freezer, washer/dryer, stereo, AM/FM radio, telephone and wireless internet service.
Sleeping: Sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.
Transportation: 15 min. to Tsawwassen ferry terminal, closest bus link is Ladner with express bus transportation to the city, the airport, the ferry, Richmond Center. Within 30 minutes of the airport.

Rental Policy

Damage deposit required.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly and monthly rentals only. $1200 deposit due before rental is confirmed (for weekly rental). Deposit will be held as a damage deposit for one week after rental expires. Full rental amount due two weeks prior to rental period.
