When we first saw a photo of the villa, we couldn’t believe it. We thought it looked more like a resort.

“Wow. That's all one house?!"
“Yes, it’s all one private villa under two roofs,” our agent assured us.

We were excited to find a place right on the ocean that could accommodate our families and friends. It had lots of living space where we could all gather together, but also plenty of private places to relax when anyone wanted. That’s exactly what we were looking for.

We’ve been opening our vacation home to guests for five years now, and we still get asked, “Is the pool private or is it shared with other guests?” I guess it’s hard for people to believe that the entire 4000 sq/ft villa will be all theirs to enjoy!

And that’s our goal… for guests to enjoy the villa as much as we do. We believe that’s one of the reasons why Sunset Point has become one of the most popular villa rentals on the island.

We also believe that whether you’re doing it for the first time or the fiftieth, renting a villa should be easy! That’s why we’ve made the process SIMPLE. And we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have about the villa or about Turks & Caicos (We’ve become island experts!).

Located on the shores of the beautiful Caribbean island of Providenciales just south of The Bahamas, Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa is available for rental year-round. It sleeps up to 10 people and is very popular with both families and small groups.

And when we say oceanfront, we don’t mean a peek of the ocean leaning out over a balcony. You get an unobstructed, panoramic view of those turquoise waters from the huge, 70 ft pool deck AND from every room in the house!

Guests who vacation at Sunset Point Villa love the four spacious air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own full bathroom... the large, private pool... the half acre of lush, tropical landscaping... the white sand beach steps away... the snorkel spot right next to the villa... the generous amenities including free WiFi and Weber BBQ grill... the game room with ping pong table and big screen TV with DVD library... the fully-equipped kitchen... the wraparound decks... and on and on.
