Property Description

This is a two bedroom one bathroom condo in a four unit building with private balcony and private parking for one car. I am taking reservations for 2010.

Property Details

There is a pull out queen size couch in the living room
One queensize bed in the first bedroom
We just added bunk beds in second bedroom and can sleep 3.
Kitchen has micro wave and coffee maker and cabinets with cooking utensils as needed.
Living room has cable TV with VCR and DVD player. Bring your own tapes.
Two airconditioners and and ceiling fans included.
There is also a phone for local calls.
Please no smoking inside and no pets. You may smoke on the balcony.
There is a private parking lot for at least one car maybe 2.
there is a laundry mate close by, sorry not on the premise.
Very close to the beach and boardwalk.
We have varioius beach chairs and a portacrib and iron and iron board if you need them.
Please bring your own linens and towels or you may rent them locally.
We would love to have you as our guest so you may enjoy the beach and the sand and the local fun and entertainment that Ocean City Maryland has to offer.

Rental Policy

No smoking inside unit
No grilling on balcony
or security will not be fully refunded

deposit might not be fully returned.

Groups $100.00 each person deposit
Contract to be signed before occupying unit.
