This is a two bedroom one bathroom condo in a four unit building with private balcony and private parking for one car. We are fully booked for the summer. Please come back next season. We would love to have you.

There is a pull out queen size couch in the living room
One queensize bed in the first bedroom
One full bed and have added a trundle type twin bed in the 2nd bedroom
Kitchen has micro wave and coffee maker and cabinets with cooking utensils as needed.
Living room has cable TV with VCR and DVD player. Bring your own tapes.
Two airconditioners and and ceiling fans included.
There is also a phone for local calls.
Please no smoking inside and no pets. You may smoke on the balcony.

No grilling on balcony
or security will not be fully refunded
