Rental Policy

This property is privately owned and the owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to renters or guests or to vehicles, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind

Arrival Times

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday.Weekend rental is Friday to Sunday. Check in at 3:00 pm. Check out at 11:00 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment must be made by check or money order in full at the time of reservation. A $200.00 security deposit is also due at this time. Payments can be made and mailed to:

Rental payment is non-refundable! However, should a renter be unable to visit, we will make a good faith effort to find another. If we are successful, the payment, and deposit will be refunded, minus a $150 re-booking fee.

Check-In/Out: Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday and weekend rental is from Friday to Sunday. Check in is at 3:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. You shall leave the house neat and clean, in the condition which it was found, floors swept and mopped (provided), dishes washed, trashed bagged and placed outside garbage bin, refrigerators and cabinets emptied of perishables. Deposit will be returnedi in full within three weeks. If damages are found, or excessive cleaning is required. Charges will be determined and deducted from the security deposit. The balance will then be returned to you.

Garbage: Pick-up is on Sunday. Please bring garbage cans to the curb and return them to the original spot before Check-out.

Noise: The area is quiet and residential, and we ask that you respect the neighbors. Complaints of excessive noise or dangerous or offensive behavior can result in you being asked to leave with no rental refund. ABSOLUTELY NO WILD PARTIES!!!

Smoking: If you must smoke, please do so outside. Please do not throw your cigarettes on the property. This will result in a deduction in your security deposit.

We are not responsible for weather or lake conditions during your stay.

Please call to confirm dates for your reservation. A rental agreement will be mailed after confirming the dates. You will need to sign the rental agreement, and mail it, along with your payment. When the agreement and payment is received, we will mark your dates off of our Availability calendar.

Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Mon) $600
June 20- Sept 12 (peak, weekly, Sat-Sat) 700
Sept 13- June 19 (off peak, weekly, Sat-Sat) 700
Sept 13- June 19 (off peak weekends, Fri- Sun) $300

There is a minimum of 2 night stay during off peak dates. $150 per night fore each additional date.
