Ground floor unit, plenty of shade, well built quiet building. Close to covered and uncovered parking. Pool and spa are steps away (or use the spa tub in the bathroom) and tennis at the end of the building (laundry is at the other end). Walking distance to the tramay a the quiet North end of PS.

Couch is a pull out so you can bring the kids or another couple.

Unit has cable, TV, phone and internet. Fully furnished $800 / month off season, $1,300 in season.

Rental Policy

Flexible, call or email and we can discuss. No nightly rentals TOT taxes and cleaning, etc. make a hotel better for short visits.
