The unique floating bridge entrance and waterfall feature are only a few examples of the custom design that make Casa Playa Vista one of kind in Manuel Antonio. The expansive media room has full wall projection direct TV, full bar, wine refrigerator, and ice maker. The entertaining area opens to an ample patio with ocean and jungle view. Every room of this fabulous home has a unique feature.

The open kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amazing custom cabinets, beautiful hand made almond wood floors, railings and stairs made by local artisans. The massive master suite features a walk around deck, mini bar, refrigerator, Jacuzzi tub, vichoise luxury spa shower, double sinks, a walk in closet with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Each guest room has a private terrace with one of the large baths having dual shower heads. The open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding doors and 10 foot ceilings throughout keep the home light and the ocean breeze flowing through. The modern open design provides fantastic scenery from every angle, including the infinity pool with a built in bench to watch the amazing sunsets.

The secluded location of Casa Playa Vista houses many types of wildlife including monkeys, exotic birds, sloths, domestic ox, iguanas, often roaming the property. The home is located on virgin land which is home to only 3 other high end homes making it one of the most unique and desirable spots in Manuel Antonio.

Rental Policy

Rental Terms & Conditions: * Pricing based on rental for 7 nights * Inquire on pricing for less than 7 nights * 50% of rental amount required to hold reservation * Remaining 50% required 30 days prior to arrival * $500 refundable damage deposit (less any damage) to be paid with final payment Cancellation: *Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to an alternate booking date. *Cancelation made 30-60 days before reservation 50% of deposit kept unless re-rented; less than 30 days cancellation 100% of depostit
