You can have a bar-b-que and enjoy the golf course and water views or you can take a swim....the association pool is only feet away! 5% county tax, 6% state tax additional. Cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition of the property.

Rates are quoted in US DOLLARS and subject to change without prior
notice. Reservations are not
considered confirmed until payment is cleared.

Deposits
50% at time of reservation and $500 security deposit is payable by check, money order or credit card.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure pending assessment of any damage and/or loss.
