Villa Marika has a warm and comfortable atmosphere with nice and rustic furnishings.

Located only 2 km from the centre of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, very peaceful but surrounded by the nature. Access to the house is via a narrow unmade road of 1.5km.

Villa is composed by 2 levels and offers a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed, kitchenette, lounge, 2 double bedrooms with access to the balcony, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathroom with shower.

There is a terrace with lovely panoramic view of the sea and the Goulf of Naples. Capri on the left side and the Vesuvio on the right side. During the clear days you will see, just in front of you, Ischia.

Villa has a wonderful panoramic view and swimming pool (opening pool: May; closing pool: 30 September).

Rental Policy

Deposit 20% to pay by bank transfer at the moment of confirmation.
Remaining to pay cash directly on your arrival.
Cancellation due:
Cancellation within 28 days before your arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show the deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in from 2pm to 10pm (please, alert for late check-in) Latest check-out 10am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Final Cleaning: 150 EURO;

Breakage deposit: 200 EURO;

Air-conditioning - according to consumption: 0.40 EURO per kwh (Kilowattora)
