Our modern 2 story upside-down house is situated on the south side of the island in an area known as Tom Nevers. Far enough from town to enjoy the quiet, restful ambiance that Nantucket is noted for yet a short ride to any activity.

The first floor is comprised of three bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with outside deck.
There are two other bedrooms each with twin beds.
Full bedding and towels are provided
The second floor is a bright open area with living/dining space and a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen and full bath.
Windows surround the upstairs area offering light, ocean breezes and views on three sides.
The large second floor deck wraps around two sides of the house offering splendid views and the sunsets are breathtaking.
The house is on a naturally landscaped three acre parcle, yet you are within minutes to the magnificent Nantucket beaches.
