inutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Saugatuck lie acres of undisturbed woodlands. A few houses are fortunate enough to be located on the edge of this private natural area, and even fewer offer guest rental accommodations. Lake Michigan is just a few minutes drive (you can hear the foghorn from the back yard), and both Saugatuck's Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dunes State Park offer swimming, beachcombing, and spectacular sunsets!
Our home contains 2 private rentals, which can be combined for larger groups.
TREETOPS SUITE
This contemporary loft suite, located above your own private parking garage, has a bird's eye view over acres of woods and wildlife. A king size bedroom complete with an oversized jet tub, make this a perfect romantic getaway, while a full kitchen, queen futon sofa bed and satellite TV are great for families. The large second story deck extending right out into the treetops is so popular, it named the suite. Deer, wild turkey and groundhogs walk right under the deck, when you're quiet enough to see them before they notice you!
WOODLANDS HOME
Comprising the entire first floor of the house, this truly is a "home away from home". A large country kitchen with Jennaire stove and dishwasher, a laundry room with washer and dryer, satellite TV, and a large back deck with steps down to an ample back yard and the woodlands beyond, make this a destination you'll want to stay and enjoy. Go for a hike, or just relax on the back deck and watch the deer, wild turkey, groundhogs and other wildlife who use the back yard as a pathway down to a small pond in the woods. Early morning and late evening are perfect times to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the deck, but keep your camera handy in case woodland critters wander by!
Rental Policy
Property is ONLY for the use of registered guests. Pets and/or children must be disclosed at the time of reservation. All linens and paper products provided. Damage deposit may be required.

Check-in is 4pm EST Check-out is 12 noon.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Nightly rentals are available at $155 for up to 2 people in Treetops, and $195 for up to 4 people in Woodlands. We are one of several cottages who advertise together as part of the Saugatuck HideAway group. We maintain our own up-to-the-minute availability calendar on our website www.SaugatuckHideAway.com and also a toll free reservation line at 800-910-2272. Please feel free to check on line or call for more info. In general, we require payment at the time of reservations and payments are refundable in case of cancellation to the extend we are unable to rerent your time. There is a minimal rebooking fee to cover our processing expenses. A damage deposit on week stays and a pet deposit may also apply. We have minimum stays of 3 nights on weekends during prime season, but are happy to work with you on arrangements that may better fit your particular needs, so please feel free to give us a call.
