The fully-equipped home offers 2,300 square feet of living space, with a two-car garage coded entry or remote control access to the house. Located between Del Mar and Carlsbad, the home is private, secure, and close to everything. Swim, surf, golf, or just sit back and relax. Chaise lounges, a patio table, chairs, and a barbecue are provided for your enjoyment. Watch the dolphins play while you sip margaritas. Stroll the local area to dining, boutiques, and more. The house has a locked gate entrance to provide privacy and the beach access is along a gentle winding path -- only two houses away on a one-way street. We are just ten minutes from Legoland.
You will not have to stress about leaving your office or work behind. You have all that you need to keep in touch at the office.

This is one of the most sought after vacation spots in the world with year-round moderate climate. We are located in the heart of the north coastal San Diego where you are surrounded by beaches and many golf courses, including Encinitas Ranch, the La Costa Resort and Spa and Torrey Pines Golf, Carlsbad is just to the north, with Lego-land only a 10 minute drive, and 10 minutes south to Del Mar or Solana Beach for the Del Mar racing season, Cedros Design District shopping, and numerous beach sports. Torrey Pines features parasailing and hang gliding. Only 30 minutes to downtown San Diego for the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and 40 minutes to the Wild Animal Park. Downtown 101 is a coastal shopping district over 100 years old featuring historic architecture, quaint shops, sidewalk cafes, and restaurants framed by beautiful flower baskets. The beaches in Encinitas are outstanding. There are many stretches of beach that lie between Cardiff-by-the-Sea and La Costa.

The surfing is unbeatable and many surf contests are held throughout the year in Encinitas. The San Elijo Lagoon Reserve is home to nearly 300 different bird species throughout the year. The Encinitas Visitor's Center, provides maps, brochures, and souvenirs discounted tickets to Legoland, Wild Animal Park, and the San Diego Zoo. The natural beauty of our communities, with temperatures between 40 and 85 degrees year-round make Encinitas a spectacular place to live.
