Guests staying at the Solitude Resort will enjoy the most complete Winter sports with Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding, 20 km of Cross Country skiing and Snowshoeing, Ice skating and Sledging at the door step of the Powderhorn lodge.
During Summer and Autumn, guests have access to hiking and walking trails that meander through the woods of alpines and the rustles of the aspen trees.
Our condo is the true holiday place for the family of 4-6 members in a Ski-in Ski-out Accommodation with access to the luxury of the Solitude Club with all amenities such as Heated Swimming pool, Hot tubs, Game room, Business center and Theater for the family to relax apres-ski.
The Solitude Resort Village also includes 4 restaurants: an award winning French restaurant, the Bernard; Fine Continental restaurant, The CreekSide; a Pizza and Creamery, the Stonehaus and the Yurt, located in the woods where guests snowshoe or cross country ski.
There are also retail stores in the village and at the office where you could purchase basic foodstuffs and neccessities for winter gears. Shopping for groceries could be conveniently ordered via Alberson's webpage for delivery the next day to your condo.
Condo features one bed room with King size bed, Den with 2 bunk beds, Living area with pull out Queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen with dining table that seats six, one bath unit, complimentary laundry facilities and free national phone calls & wireless internet access.
Guests could also access the building's outdoor Hot tub with full bathroom and shower facilities.
Underground parking and ski and boot lockers are provided.
Rental Policy
Please read the following terms and conditions.
Refunds: There are no refunds of advanced prepayments unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same dates as your reserved dates. We will make our best efforts to fill the unit. If we do, we will refund your prepayment, less $200 booking fee. Early departures or failure of an appliance, TV, VCR, DVD or any outage will not result in a refund. Please contact the Resort Lodging office or call us (302) 438 0136 to report any problems, if any.
Linen and Towel Service: While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid services are not included in the daily rate. The towels in the unit will not be replaced during your stay. Do not bring the towels to the pool or the hot tub. The pool and the hot tub have towels available for your use
Maximum Occupancy: the maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons, with no exceptions.
Check in and Check out: You will check in at the Solitude Lodging Resort front desk, open 24 hours. See Skisolitude.com for directions. Keys will be provided to access the underground car park, the condo, Powderhorn Hot tub and the Solitude Club.
Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is 11 am.
Check out Conditions:
Treat this property like your home…remember it is ours to enjoy. We find that most people leave our place in great shape and take super care of it.
If the following conditions are not met you will be charged $25 an hour fee minimum (2 hours) to be taken from the Security Deposit.
• All keys must be returned to the Solitude Lodging Resort office front desk when checking out
• All trash must be bagged and put in outside garbage bin
• No damage is done to the condominium or its contents. No items in the condominium are lost, damaged or stolen
• No one has been smoking in the unit
• All skis and boards need to be kept in the assigned locker located at the Building Entrance and not in the Unit.
Minimum age
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by parents or guardian
Pets and No smoking rules
• Please be aware that Pets are not allowed in the Cottonwood Canyons of Utah. The canyons supply drinking water to the Salt Lake City and its environs!
• No smoking inside the condo is permitted !
Storm Policy and Road conditions
• No refunds will be given for storms and air/road conditions
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risks of all harm arising from their use of the premises and of others whom they invite to use the premises.
