Our condo is situated in the Echota on the Ridge Community high on a ridge outside of Boone, NC. It is a handicapped accessible walk in unit (No steps!) with a gorgeous view.

Come marvel at the absolutely breathtaking view off of the balcony of our luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the new upscale Echota on the Ridge Community near Foscoe. This property is located off of 105 south, conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk, NC and close to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Escape your stress filled world by enjoying a level entry condo (no steps!) that offers all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen, flat screened tv with DVD/VCR, stereo in living area, king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a well appointed bath for each bedroom. All linens and some toiletries are included.

Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the wildlife in the woods in front of you and the long range view of the Moses Cone Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunrises and sunsets alike are amazing!
Take advantage of the many activities available to you in this area of the North Carolina Mountains including skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking, golfing, leaf watching in the fall, shopping, antiquing, boating, rafting, kayaking, swimming, sight-seeing, mountain biking, etc. Take advantage of attending live theatre and concerts in nearby Blowing Rock, Boone or Banner Elk. There are many restaurants nearby to accomodate every taste and preference.

Guests enjoy the amenities of both Echota on the Ridge Clubhouse/Pool/Fitness Center (Brand new!) or the Echota Woods Clubhouse/Indoor Pool/Hot Tub/Fitness Center.

Rental Policy

50% of the total rental amount is required to make your reservation if it is more than 30 before the arrival date. If your arrival date is within the next 30 days, your full amount will be due to process your reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The balance of your rental amount is due at check-in. We can accept a personal check with proper identification.

Holidays .. $150/night .. $1050/week .. $2400/month plus tax
There is a $60 cleaning fee for each stay.
You may use your credit card for the required $300, refundable security deposit.
Weekday Special $99 per night two night minimum plus tax and cleaning fee
