Woodvale Lodge is a beautiful 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed house located in prestigious Woodvale in Perth's northern suburbs, close to Hillarys Marina and AQWA, Mullaloo Beach and Joondalup. Whitford City shopping centre is a 10 minute drive away.

Woodvale Lodge is a spacious 2 bedroom house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in prestigious Woodvale. It is only a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and the popular British pub, known as the Moon and Sixpence. Also just a ten minute walk is Lake Goollelal and the Yellagonga Reserve which offers spectacular scenery and wildlife. The house is only 3km from the freeway and an easy 20 minutes drive to Perth City. This luxury home has a spacious open plan design with a massive indoor furnished sunroom area with BBQ, water feature and heat therapy room (Sauna), which leads to the garage and a sunny private rear garden with sun loungers and table and chairs. The property has quality furnishings throughout and is fully air-conditioned for the hot summers and gas heating for the cold 16 degree days!!.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and en-suite and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and en-suite. The as new kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and large double door fridge/freezer. There is also a formal dining room leading to the large family room which has a TV, DVD . A choice of Films and music CD’s are at your disposal. For those who use laptop computers broadband wi-fi is available throughout the home.

Woodvale is an easy 10 minute drive to Hillary’s Marina and Mullaloo Beach. The huge Whitford’s City Shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute drive away.

Rental Policy

Minimum stay of 7 nights.
Minimum stay of 21 nights from 16th December 2010 until 31 January 2011.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment

Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental costs with the balance due on arrival. A credit card signature for a bond of $1000 is also required at this time, however, this amount is not debited from your credit card unless there is some damage found on checkout.


Cancellation of Booking.

If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking they should notify WAR immediately and confirm the same in writing. Upon receipt of a cancellation WAR will refund any monies paid except the 25% deposit unless the cancellation is made 7 days before the rental arrival date and then no refund is payable.

In the event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances WAR will notify the hirer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or try to find other acceptable accommodation. WAR/Owners liability is limited to the monies received for the booking.
