Preciosa is located just across from Playa La Ropa and just behind Club Intrawest.  This unit has over 2100 sq.ft. with breathtaking views from every room. The large Terrace complete with lounge chairs including a wet-bar and built in gas grill has the best views in La Ropa.  The Master suite has a King bed, private bath, walk-in closet with safe and TV. The Guest room has two full-size beds with adjoining bath.  Just off the Terrace is a Studio with bunk-beds with 180 degree views.In the living room, relax and enjoy the ocean views and breezes. Prepare meals in our deluxe kitchen, while watching the fishing boats and the cruise ships come in, and catch the beautiful sunsets from the dining room and Terrace. A separate laundry room for washing clothes is included.The  craftsmanship and details are amazing. If your looking for quiet luxurious escape, Preciosa On The bay is for you. We have a professional Manager to assist you along with 24/7 security and assigned parking.

Rates based on 2 persons, 3 night minimum. 50% down to hold the booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. $250 security deposit is required and fully refundable.
