It is located on Florida's West Coast at the Caloosahatchee River, which is a tidal river ending into the Gulf of Mexico right here.
15 miles to the most beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure, white, sugar, powder sand.
Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevards.
Enjoy dining or cocktails on their gulf side decks overlooking the beach.

May 01, ~ November 30, $395/wk. Min. rental 2 weeks.
Dec.01 ~ 30, $495/wk. Min. rental 1 month or $550/wk.
January ~ April, $550/wk. Min. rental 2 weeks.
Rates are based on 4 people.
Pets:$100 per pet monthly, $50 per pet weekly.
11% Florida & Tourist Development Tax.
$120 Departure Cleaning Fee.
Damage/Security Deposit $200. Refundable 14 days after departure.
30% deposit to hold unit. Balance due 30 days prior to start date.
