We are located in Panguitch, the gateway to many of the wonders found in Southern Utah. There is hiking, sightseeing. fishing & lots of photo opportunities at Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Canyon, & Cedar Breaks, just to mention a few.

Property Details

We offer two cottages. One is a studio type with a queen sized bed, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, DIRECTV, DVD player, BBQ, private porch, blow dryer, free bottled water and breakfast. The second is a two bedroom, one double & one queen sized bed, with a full kitchen stocked with most everything you will need to cook, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, livingroom, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer, DIRECTV & large yard with outside seating. Clean & comfortable!

Rental Policy

We are a none smoking facility however, you are welcome to smoke outside. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Arrival Times

Check in is after 3:00PM and check out is no later than 12:00PM (noon).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

2 day minimum stay (negotiable)
A credit card number or check for 25% is needed to secure a room reservation.
Reservations totaling $500 or more must be held with at 25% deposit.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the reserved arrival date.
