January ~ April, $2,200/mo.
Rates are based on 4 people.
Additional guest $100 each per month, $50 each weekly.
11% Florida & Tourist Development Tax.
$120 Departure Cleaning Fee.
Damage/Security Deposit $200. Refundable 14 days after departure.
30% deposit to hold unit. Balance due 30 days prior to start date.
