We have a private access to the Beach
(seven miles of white, sugar sand.) Less than two minutes by walk to Bay.
Restaurant and shopping ("Publix" Supermarket) are located a block away.
A Trolley Stop is just at the corner of the street. It will take you the full length of the beach
for additional shopping, restaurants, and Times Square.
There is a Catholic Church and several Protestant and Baptist Churches just up the street.
Whether you desire a romantic get-away beach vacation, or you are a retired couple looking for peace and serenity, you will find that you will fall in love with this little bit of heaven and want to return year after year.
Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure white sugar powder sand of this most
beautiful beach. Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevard.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

May 01, ~ November 30, $395/wk. Min. rental 2 weeks.
Dec.01 ~ 30, $495/wk. Min. rental 1 month or $550/wk.
January ~ April, $550/wk. Min. rental 2 weeks.
Rates are based on 2 people.
Pets: $100 per pet monthly, $50 per pet weekly.
11% Florida & Tourist Development Tax.
$80 Departure Cleaning Fee.
Damage/Security Deposit $200. Refundable 14 days after departure.
30% deposit to hold unit. Balance due 30 days prior to start date.

The apartment is only rented to couples or single visitors.
