On the ground level, one room has a full size bed and the other room has two twin beds that can be converted into one bed upon request. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, cooking top, a coffee pot and all the utinsels to use.

Pricing:
Singles from $75 Doubles from $100: Children in the same room, $10 extra: Additional adult (16 and over) in the same room, $25 extra.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
We accept cash and travelers checks. A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation and must be paid by cash, check, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, or Travelers’ Checks. To reserve your accommodations please send deposit to Ohi’a Gardens 200 Kanoelehua Ave, PMB 382, Hilo, HI 96720. Final payment is due upon arrival at check in.
Refund of your deposit, upon cancellation received prior to 30 days of your date of arrival, is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. 15-30 days prior to arrival date is subject to 20% of total deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of your date of arrival are subject to rebooking.
*Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure. (No-Shows are responsible for full amount of reservation.)
*Please note that our pricing and cancellation policy may vary if you are booking for a special holiday or event. (i.e. Christmas, IronMan Triathlon, Volcano Run, Merry Monarch, etc.)
