Our home sleeps 6 people in comfort or 8 using the sofa bed in the lounge.It is fully air-conditioned and has its own private,heated pool which attracts the sun all day.The large sundeck and covered lanai are spacious enough to accommodate 6 sun loungers and colourful fibre optic pool lights allow evening swimming.The curved designed pool measures approximately 15 ft x 26 ft.
All pool access doors are alarmed for safety.
Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
A BBQ can be provided on request.
The lounge has 2 sofas and a separate dining area with seating for 6 people.Patio doors open onto the pool deck.
A large ceiling fan is fitted for your comfort.
Cable T.V.(WITH 200 CHANNELS) DVD,VCR and Stereo C/D,Cassette/Radio.
Inside the villa a fully equipped kitchen/diner is complete with Fridge/Freezer,Icemaker,Microwave,Dishwasher,Oven,
Toaster,Coffee Maker,Blender and Waste disposal.
An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The master bedroom has a king sized double bed, Cable T.V. ceiling fan and ensuite shower and bath with twin vanity units.Patio doors lead to the pool area.A hairdryer and adaptor plug for your electrical items are supplied.Internet access is available in this bedroom at no extra charge for use with your personal laptop.
The second master has a queen sized double bed,Cable T.V a safety deposit box,ceiling fan and a large ensuite shower room which is wheelchair accessible and leads to the pool area.
The third bedroom has twin beds,Cable T.V and an ensuite bath and shower.A free standing fan is in place for use in this bedroom or on the lanai outside.
All bed linen and towels are provided and a washer/dryer is situated in the double garage.

Our management team, who keep our villa immaculate, are only 2 minutes walk away on Eagle Pointe and are on hand to help you should you need any assistance at any time during your stay.They are registered members of the Central Florida Property Managers Association.
Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the villa.
Our villa is NO SMOKING but our guests are welcome to smoke outside under the covered lanai.
We also provide a travel cot,highchair and stroller if required at no extra charge.
Beach chairs and umbrella are also provided for your trips to the the coast and picnics plus plenty of pool toys.
A selection of toys,games puzzles and books for your enjoyment.

Rental Policy
Bookings of less than 5 nights will be charged $80 for the clean.
Deposit of $200/£100 per week to secure required dates.
Balance of payment due 6 weeks prior to departure.
