Rental Policy
DEPOSITS and RESERVATIONS: Reservations are only accepted via e-mail (erlindam@lifesci.ucla.edu) and are guaranteed for 10 days, by which time we must have received your security deposit ($300) and Fifty percent (50%) of the total balance is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Payments include the nightly charge, cleaning fee of one hundred and fifty ($150) for the entire stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 90-31 days prior to your arrival there is a 50% fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (15) days prior to your arrival.
CLEANING & DEPOSIT REFUND: Your deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure. Any damages and the cost of any additional cleaning required will be deducted automatically from your security deposit.
