Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.

Payments may be paid by credit card.

A security deposit of $50.00 may be made upon arrival in the form of cash,
credit card, or travelers checks. This will be refunded prior to departure,
subject to the condition of the house.
The 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance
due 45 days before your scheduled arrival date, after which, the rental fee
is nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates
you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share
of the rental fee for each day it is rebooked. All refunded deposits shall have
a 15% rebooking fee deducted. Christmas, New Years, and Easter weeks
are non refundable.
A minimum stay of 2 days is required
