This spacious home overlooking beautiful Lover’s Lake, features a private heated swimming pool and central air conditioning. With its beautiful gardens and terraced stone steps this very well maintained home is easy first floor living.

Inside the front entryway, you step into the open dining room with comfortable seating available for the whole family. Off the dining room is the library with leather seating, comfortable for dessert after dinner, or coffee before breakfast. If you love to cook there are hundreds of cookbooks. Also if you love to cook you'll love this beautiful up-to-date galley kitchen. If you don't love to cook, all the modern conveniences are available for you to make life easy. The windows over the sink look out over the patio where the local birds are enjoying their own meals at the feeder. The gas grill is also nearby for the quintessential summer barbecue. Going out the other side of the kitchen you are in the breakfast nook for more intimate meals.

Also in the large closet are the top of the line front loading washer and dryer. The living room, with enough room to fit your whole family together has a big screen TV with VCR/DVD player and a stereo with CD player. Books, games and family-oriented movie tapes and DVD’s are available for all ages. Out the living room and dining room windows are the exquisite views of Cape Cod sunsets shimmering off beautiful Lovers Lake. These views alone will make your whole vacation worthwhile. Off the living room is the very convenient half bath.

Down the hall are the three bedrooms; one queen, one double and two twins all with new mattresses. The master bedroom has an attached bath with a beautiful shower and large vanity. The third is available to the other two bedrooms at the end of the hall.

Outside in the private yard and gardens is the heated pool available only to you and your family.

Enjoy your days at the beautiful Cape beaches or avoid the traffic and parking and relax in your own pool. If you want a dip in nature, walk the brief stroll down to the landing at Lovers Lake, or better yet bring your canoe or kayak and see it in style. This family home is perfect for bringing the family together again and greets its visitors with hospitality and warmth. We want you to enjoy Cape Cod and its abundance of beauty and activity, and hope you will take with you the joyful memories of a wonderful family vacation. Launch your canoe on Lover's Lake for Chatham's best freshwater bass fishing. Enjoy safe and easy access to the newly constructed bike trail. Take the quiet back roads to expansive ocean beaches, as well as to Chatham's quaint but upscale Main Street shopping, Friday night band concerts, and Cape League baseball games -- all within a couple of miles or less.

Explore Chatham's wonderful Eldredge Library where you'll have free check-out privileges for books, videos, and DVDs. Choose from among many restaurants for fine dining or local color. We'll give you our family's recommendations, and share guest reviews. Challenge yourself to a round of golf at one of several area golf courses. Two courses are within three miles of home. Take the kids to the famous children's beach at Oyster Pond (one mile away), or to the Chatham playground (1.25 miles away). Chatham is host to historical museums, galleries, live theatres, seal-watching cruises, deep-sea fishing expeditions, a working fishing pier, and a town airport. At the 'elbow of the Cape,' Chatham is perfectly located to explore the rest of the Cape too. Explore the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. See antiques and working Cranberry bogs along historic Route 6A. Visit the Cape Cod National Seashore or the Cape Cod Winery. And visit the magnificent dunes in Provincetown.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

June through September rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday. If you are interested in booking some time at this home, all I need is your name and address. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon signing the lease. The week is not guaranteed until I receive your initial deposit. The second half of the deposit plus the fully refundable security deposit ($500) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
