Villa Nogal, is a truly luxurious colonial style villa situated in the prestigious residential estate 'Guardia Park' less than 10 minutes drive from Javea's main Arenal beach.

The entrance hall leads, through a pillared archway to the left, to the living room with UK cable TV, DVD player and stereo and dining area with table to seat six and double french doors onto the beautiful covered terrace with stone pillars and table and chairs to the gardens. The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped and includes dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate utility room with washing machine and sink. To the right from the entrance are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom offers a shower cubicle, basin and WC and the second bathroom bath with shower head, bidet, basin and WC. Both downstairs bedrooms provide twin single beds. A glazed stairway from the hallway leads to the master bedroom suite with its own private roof terrace. The master suite has a double bed and fan and the large en-suite includes twin basins, bath with shower, WC and bidet. The whole villa benefits from under floor central heating. Outside, the large open and covered terraces are bordered by classical pillars, and the villa itself is set in walled and gated private grounds with lawned areas, palms and flowering shrubs. The swimming pool measures 10 m x 5 m with roman steps and ladder, the gardens include large sun terraces with six sun loungers and a brick built barbecue. This villa also benefits from separate vehicle and pedestrian entry gates, alarm system, a safe, private driveway and two outdoor dining tables with chairs. Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, very close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club with mini golf, further restaurants and a small supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several points with views of the rocky headlands and bays. Villa Nogal is about a 10 minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Two nearby coves, offer snorkeling and beach bars.
