Lishui unit is located in the very heart of Taipei. The closest MRTstation is Guting. It is close to the thriving Yong Kong Street. Yong Kong Street has the famous Ding Tai Fong Restaurant and other small eateries and restaurants. We are also very close to the Taipei Normal University.
The apartments offers 4 Queen sized beds, furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with dish dryer, washer and dryer for laundry, cable TV and free internet access.
Rental Policy
Booking deposit is 50% of rent, remainder of rent to be paid 7 days before arrival. $500 refundable security deposit to be paid at booking.
Payment process is either through bank transfer or paypal. In the case of bank transfer, please forward the transaction record or save us a text or acrobat file for our tracking purpose (we will give you our bank info once you have decided to book with us). Please note that all bank charges, including overseas charges are to be borne by applicant.
For Paypal there is a 6% surcharge. We will be at the apartment to welcome you at check in time. The keys will be passed over to you in exchange for the refundable security deposit. We will also meet you at check out to retrieve the keys and return the deposit back to you provided that we have had enough time to inspect the property. In cases when your departure is really early in the morning we prefer that the security deposit be paid through Paypal so that the money can be refunded to you without transfer fees.
Cancellation: Before 90 days - Full Refund; Before 30 days - 50% Refund; Less than 30 days - No Refund unless the property can be re-rented.
