At 110 miles long and a mere two miles wide, Eleuthera with about 11,000 people calling the island home has a lot to offer.
Spent time exploring the colonial villages and pineapple fields and your never far from it's many pink-and white-sand beaches.
Rental Policy
Total Rent money needs to be received no later then 30 days prior to arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date. A $60.00 cleaning fee will be left at house. See Rental Agreement for additional information.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
RUNNING A SPECIAL FOR THREE MONTHS.
$1,000 PER WEEK FOR THE MONTHS OF
JULY, AUGUST, & SEPTEMBER.
Weekly rate is for a party of four.
Off Season is $1,500.00 and seasonal
is $1,650.00. For additional couple is
$250.00 per week with a limit of six
people.
Seasonal is one week before, during & after Christmas and New Years.
